The AIJA Tax Law Commission is excited to welcome lawyers and in-house counsel to the Annual Tax Conference in the beautiful city of Cascais (Portugal), on 10, 11 and 12 March 2022.
The 2022 Annual Tax Conference will focus on the typical issues taxpayers in the entertainment industry are confronted within the international theatre in the digital era. They will dive into such topics as OECD’s approach to athletes/entertainers taxation, endorsement income, and taxing the digital entertainment industry.
Gregory Goossens (TAXPATRIA) will lead a round table discussion on taxing private individuals active in the digital entertainment industry with tax colleagues, José Eduardo Aguilar Shea (Squire Patton Boggs) from Spain, and J. Rubens Scharlack (Scharlack) from Brazil.
